I hope you complete the translation. The US release is much too late and I’d probably get tired of MH by the time it comes out. Thanks for the release.

lovin the patch teamhgg, btw when i was using 2.6, my game wouldnt load my urgent for the villge cat to go to the rainforest for the first time, do you know if it still does that or if was just my iso

All of the people here has to remember that some of us (and most certainly them) have lives to live and we cannot put our complete days for only one thing. This guys are doing a very excelent job and deserve to take a little while in the patch. Thanks again for the patch keep up the good work and don’t ever give up remember the karma you will have when you finish this work for the MH comunity!!!

Just out of curiosity, is it damaging to the *ahem*ISO*ahem* to apply this patch consecutively? I’ve been stepping up from 2.4 to 2.6, just overwriting what’s done before and the game feels a little wonky here and there.
For one, I think it corrupted my downloaded Piggy sheep costume. Like I said, nothing really major.

Hey why is my game hanging when i do the mission:burning dunes,basarios the hunted and the Gypceros in the kokoto swamp in the elder felyne.Is this a problem if it is please give me the instructions on how to fix this or fix this on the later patch

hello TeamHGG, first of all i would live to THANK you guys for the AMAZING work that you guys have been doing….
I’m a brazillian living in Japan, i can read/write Japanese (even better in front of a PC where i have the tools to read unknown kanjis) and i can translate stuff quickly (to English or Portuguese) and precisely.
I would like to help you guys achieve 100% more quickly, so if you guys let me help ya it would be wonderful (i mean it really , i’m offering time to work on the project)
If it’s a file filled with japanese strings and identifiers in UTF-8 or etc it’s even easier, i can just translate what i can in my spare time and commit the new strings to you guys….
i’m basically interested in the quest names on the BOARD in the gathering hall and DURING the quest (-needed- if you’re playing online using Xlink kai and other person chooses a quest, people don’t know what they’ll have to hunt at all :P), but can help in other areas too and even in uninteresting/unneeded bits of conversation like the villager’s conversations and stuff
PS: i passed JLPT level 3 *which i know that is quite basic* but i study japanese by myself so be assured that i’ll “ganbaru”

Is not a bug. Whenever, you have more than 2 monsters in a quest, it will give mega potions.
And yes we are still working on the next patch. But will take a while. Trabslating convos.

I just got my MH2G and patch it straight to 2.7. Is the “dishes” in the felyne kitchen suppose to be still in jap? Coz i came across one of the earlier patches saying the chef convos are translated. Did I make any mistakes?
Anyways, good job on the patches guys!!!

The cat food is all translated. Even for the felyne cooks convos.
