Hi, everyone!
We have been working on this patch for nearly 2 months and we feel that it is ready for Open Beta.
We are not associated with any other group and we hope everyone will be able to enjoy the fruits of our labour.
We will continually be working and tweaking on the patch to make it better. We accept any helpful suggestions and will consider if they are feasible before implementing them.
Those using any current patches, you do not need a fresh ISO. The patcher is able to overwrite the current patch without any problems.
We’d like to give special thanks to Codestation and to the Chinese Patch Team, CG, TGBUS, without which none of this would ever be possible in the first place.
We’d also like to commend KenshiHH for all the work he has done for the community. It has kept everyone’s spirit alive while we worked on the patch.
INSTALLATION
Extract the zip contents and copy it to your PSP/GAME folder.
Run the patcher like an ISO/Homebrew.

NICE WORK BUT STILL ITS ALL VERY COMPLICATED
1.YOU DOWNLOAD DA PATCH AND EVERYTHING AND JUST LEAVE IT IN DA COMP.
2.BEFORE CUPYING IT TO DA GAME SECTION OF THE MEMORY CARD PEOPLE YOU NEED THE GAME INSIDE THE MEMORY CARD NOT THE UMD AND ITSS SOO DIFUCULT CUZZ U HAVE TO GET SUMTHING CALLE ISO FOLDER AND LYK IF U BOUGHT DA GAME YOU HAV TO RIP IT AND PUT IT TO THE ISO FOLDER AND THAN THE PATCH WILL READ THE GAME THATS WHY TO SOME PEOPLE IT SAYS THE GAME COULD NOT BE STARTED BUT STILL I RECOMEND SOME TIPS ANDDDD THE {REALL INSTRUCTIONS} ON HOW TO RUN THE PATCH AND HAVE FUN IN INGLISH … BUT GREAT WORK

Hi,
I had a quick question. Currently, when I try to view the Monster List under Reference in options, it only gives me the text, “Cannot be sold” Is this happening because of the patch? The other section that I noticed is that on the guild card, instead of monster names, it only lists them as ????… Is this also as a result of patching to English? Thank you for all of your hard work, keep it up!

Lester

Yes, I will definately need detailed instructions on how to use/play this patch. Do you still play the game using the UMD? Are there detailed instructions or a site i can go to get answers? Thank you so much! You rock by the way.

Excellent work. I’m a fanatic of Monster Hunter but do not understand Japanese that well. I don’t mind the trouble of ripping my UMD into ISO to work in-lieu with this patch. Thanks for the effort to help most of the monster hunter fan like us who can’t read Japanese.

ok, so here’s how you guys do it. using your memory card, open the PSP root folder then open the GAME folder. If you don’t have one, just create it and then put the folder that you download into it.

Fist of all, thanks for the patch. I think what you guys are doing is great service for all
of the fans of the monster hunter series.
But that being said, i have to say that i am having problems with the patcher.
The problem is that the patcher is not patching the game, i’ve already troubleshooted all of the known remedies that i know is available.
i put the files in the psp/game folder,i un-clicked the read-only box in the iso options,i also have a m33 custom firmware, and i deleted the media file ulj5oo
from the savedata folder.
I don’t know what else to do i need help.

higi
first of all if u have a modded psp, do whatever steps required
once you’ve copied the patch into the psp/game folder. unplug the usb mode then go to the memory stick in the games folder and run the patch.
